PM PART LEADER

Lead full lifecycle project management of wind turbine bearings (concept → design → validation → certification → serial production → field issue resolution)

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans (Project Charter, WBS, detailed schedule, risk register, etc.)

Manage critical path, milestones, and gate reviews; ensure on-time achievement of all project deliverables

Act as key interface between cross-functional teams (Design, Materials, Testing, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) and external partners (OEM customers, certification agencies, tier-1 suppliers)

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (technical, schedule, cost, supply chain); proactively drive contingency plans

Own and drive Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR) process — impact analysis, approval, and implementation

Monitor and report project KPIs; prepare and present weekly/monthly status reports and executive summaries

Directly manage and coach a small team of PMs assign tasks, conduct performance reviews, and support talent development

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) initiatives for field quality issues or reliability incidents

+7 years of project management experience in automobile industries

Business-level English proficiency (able to lead technical meetings, write reports, negotiate with global customers and certification bodies)

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
