Polymer Engineer (Cu Chi Province)

JOB SUMMARY

To provide technical support on production, customer complaint, incoming material, supplier audit activity or quality issues by good communication and cooperation with TTI(VN) cross-functional teams (NPI, VE/PSE, AVD/PST, Quality team etc.) from different BUs (MIL, CPT, OP & FC)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• VN polymer lab daily management and equipment maintenance.
• Material failure analysis support.
• Sample collection and preparation, conduct preliminary testing if possible.
• Attend on-site investigation for quality issues.
• Mold trial support.
• To arrange Engineering Standard & Technical guideline training about polymer material application.
• Supplier engineering technical capability investigation.
• To work with teams and push VN supplier’s continuous improvement.
• To review supplier’s SPMP document and prepare SER report according to the ES requirements.
• Other tasks assigned by Polymer expert team.

Noted: We provide shuttle bus from Hochiminh, Dong Nai & Binh Duong

Education

Prefer to have Polymer materials background

Experience

No special requirements

Knowledge

Knowledge of plastic/ rubber manufacturing process is a plus.
Work experience in transnational company is a plus.

Functional Skills

Positive and active communication ability with other team members
Good speaking and writing in Vietnamese, and must be familiar with 1 language of “English or Chinese”

Good execution ability
Self-motivation & innovation
Good computer experience on Windows, Office software (word, PPT, excel).
