Preventive Maintenance Supervisor (District 9)

JOB SUMMARY

Assure the readiness of facility, machines, equipment for Production operation, to assure the machines, and equipment are used in safe, efficient manner and complied fully with local regulations & laws of health & safety.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the ME team and provide technical support to production department
• Responsible for line balance/line layout/line stoppage following up
• Verify manufacturing process flow, process routing and routing cost
• Trouble shooting with related department
• Responsible for Kaizen program for continuous improvement, optimum production and consistency quality levels and efficiency
• Measure the performance of the current process; analyze current performance to identify best practices and root causes
• Daily defectives trouble shooting and in-process quality improvement and control
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, overhaul for Plant facility, machine and equipment
• Plan, design and implement optimal assembly and process control fixtures and equipment for current and new models using poka yoke discipline
• Plan, design and implement Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction using layman’s term discipline
• Responsible for renovation, layout, and installing and testing machines and equipment in the plant, including the transfer of knowledge to use
• Monitor & control spare part, equipment and consumable level

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering or with equivalent years of directly related experience

2. Experience: 4 - 8 years or above working experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

3. Functional Skills:

• Specialty skills in Motor/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Metal Stamping, Forging, Machining, Injection Molding or Mechatronic and Mechanical Assembly
• Relevant Controls and Automation experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite -- Including MS Project
• CAD Proficient with fixture design ability is preferred

4. Other Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
• Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure
• Fluent spoken and written English
