Pricing Executive

Pricing & Cost Management (50%)

• Collect, maintain, and regularly update logistics pricing from shipping lines, freight forwarders, trucking companies, warehouses, and other logistics service providers.
• Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and pricing analyses to support business opportunities and customer requests.
• Analyze logistics cost structures, including freight, inland transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and related logistics services.
• Monitor market rates, fuel surcharges, and industry trends to ensure pricing remains competitive and aligned with business objectives.
• Support vendor negotiations and identify opportunities to optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams to provide timely pricing support and recommendations.

Data Analysis & Reporting (50%)

• Collect, consolidate, and manage logistics operational and cost data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze logistics costs, transportation performance, service efficiency, and key operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance periodic reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for management review.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and standardization to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
• Utilize Excel, Power Query, VBA/Macro, or other analytical tools to automate reporting processes and improve productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Pricing, Cost Analysis, or Data Analysis.
• Experience in logistics pricing, quotation preparation, or logistics cost analysis is preferred.
• Good understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Table, Power Query, Lookup Functions).
• Experience with VBA/Macro or Power BI is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
