      Mô tả Công việc

      • Quality Control Oversight
      • Inspect printed materials (color accuracy, alignment, finishing, packaging)
      • Ensure products meet company and client specifications
      • Approve or reject production batches
      • Vendor Management
      • Work closely with external printing vendors
      • Monitor production processes at supplier sites
      • Ensure compliance with quality standards and agreements
      • On-site Supervision (Field Work)
      • Travel to printing factories or workshops
      • Supervise printing processes, especially for critical orders
      • Identify and resolve quality issues in real time
      • Reporting & Documentation
      • Prepare quality control reports and defect analyses
      • Track vendor performance and quality trends
      • Report issues to internal teams
      • Process Improvement
      • Propose improvements to enhance print quality and efficiency
      • Support vendors in meeting company standards

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc

      • Knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, flexo, etc.)
      • Understanding of color systems (CMYK, Pantone)
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Good communication and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work independently and travel frequently
      • 2-4 + years of experience in printing or quality control
