Process Control Senior staff

I/ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve productivity, product quality, recovery rate, energy efficiency, and overall plant performance.
• Analyze production data, identify process bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, review, and optimize process flow, operating parameters and process simulations for stable plant operation.
• Establish, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process standards, and Change Control documentation.
• Support equipment and process design modifications to improve safety, operational reliability, and production capacity.
• Conduct process compliance audits, provide technical guidance, and organize technical training for production personnel and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and technical governance policies.

II/ Job Requirements:

1. Education:

• Bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering, Material, Metallurgical or relevant industries.

2. Experience:

• 3-5 years of solid experience as a Process Engineer in continuous manufacturing industries (chemical plants, refineries, metallurgy operations). Proven track record in executing RCA and manipulating large production datasets.

3. Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of chemical engineering, metallurgical processes, or industrial manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Familiarity with process equipment and industrial plant operations.
• Understanding of mass and energy balance is preferred.
• Experience in hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, ferroalloy, sulfuric acid, or related industries is an advantage.

4. Skills:

• English: proficient in communication and reporting.
• Communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn.
