  Investigate and fix spesicication of new or retrofit machine.            
Prepare material (Jig, consumable part etc) for test production.            
Proceed DOE to establish and improve process condition.             
Improve productivity (UPH/EFF)            
Make Work standard and SOP            
Make FACA reprot for process fail and long down time and report to customer.
