Process Engineer (SMT, Mold, Sputter, NPI..)

• Process optimization and fine-tuning for needs of product
• Understand the module for each process/machine (SMT/Mold/Sputter...)
• New product qualification and process margin evaluation
• Quality issue handling and problem solving management
• Create new recipe for machine and DOE process condition Process experience priority: SMT, Mold, Sputter…
• Failure analysis in the process to make corrective action
• Yield rate improvement, UPH activity, SOP creation

Experience:

• Experienced: More than 3 years of experience as the process engineer
• Fresher: Accept for fresher

Skills:

• Team collaboration, effective communication and presentation skills
• Familiar with the relative basic production procedure failure
• Experience with the stabilizing process of assembly, etc
• Good in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good in English, writing and oral communication
