Set up Standardized Work Process/ Manufacturing Work Instruction for production

Training/ monitoring/ auditing processes/ 5S to ensure production follow MWI/ Standard/ Safety

Do Time & Motion Study to determine standard labor

Continuous Improvement: do projects that improve quality/ output/ EFF/ cost

Track material usage & analysis to maximize usage

Calculate/ analyze machine capacity to define bottleneck & suggest idea to improve

Coordinate with related department to solve all issue of production

Support to Production to solve problem

Make job reports as Factory - Production Manager requires

Bachelor of Engineering. Applicants with Process Management, Industrial Engineer, wood processing .

ISO 9001, Lean – Six Sigma certificate is advantaged

Able to communicate with various position

Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Auto cad

Has good knowledge in Furniture, wood processing,   

Project Management, Data Analysis
