Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes

2. Analyze production isssues and implement corrective an preventive actions

3. Support NPI, trial runs and mass production ramp-up

4. Monitor process paramenters and ensure complince with SOP and quality standards

5. Work with QA, Production, and Equipment teams to improve yield and reduce defects.

6. Prepare and maintain process documents, WI, PFMEA, and control plans

7. Support line layout improvement and cycle time optimization

- Male or Female (25-35 years old)

Experience:

a, Minimum 3 years of experience in the professional fields as required above

b, Experience as a Process Engineer in ASSEMBLY/ SMT manufacturing is preferred

Technical Sklills:

a, Strong knowledge of SMT/ASSEMBLY processes and manufacturing flow.

b, Ability to analyze data and apply problem- solving tools (5Why, 7QC tools, SPC).

c, Ability to read electrical schematics and PCB layouts

d, Experience in operating conventional machining  machines (lathe, milling, drilling)is plus

Soft Skills:

a, Good communication and teamwork skills

b, Ability to work under pressure in a production environment.

c, Continuous improvement and quality mindset

d, Word, excel, power point, outlook are proficient

Language require:

English or Japanese required (That mean this indicates that proficiency in at leats one of the two languagess is mendatory)
