Procurement and Logistic Executive

1. Collaborate with the warehouse, Production team to ensure enough raw material inventory for production

2. Monitor and support the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure sufficient finished goods supply for the market

3. Manage and support subordinates to work and negotiate with current suppliers and search for new suppliers

4. Support and supervise subordinate staff in all procurement-related activities to achieve the lowest cost, meet quality standards, quantity and ensure delivery times align with the company’s requirements

5. Supervise and monitor all contracts related to the purchasing department

6. Monitor and ensure the arrival time of imported shipments, coordinating with the warehouse to ensure smooth inbound processes

7. Supervise and monitor all purchasing processes in compliance with company rules and legal requirements

8. Monitor price trends and supplier changes to support budget planning. Do budget for logistics costs

9. Logistics Budget annual

10. Ensure export and import shipments comply with timelines, regulations, and cost-efficiency targets.

11. Work cooperatively with customs and comply with relevant laws and regulations

12. Stay updated and comply with relevant regulations: ISO, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and other company standards.

13. Deploy company objectives and targets for the entire system

14. Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates and provide guidance when necessary

15. Proactively anticipate issues that may escalate into urgent matters and implement preventive measures. Promptly inform management of critical situations and provide recommended solutions when required

16. Perform any other tasks assigned by superior.

1)    Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2)    Experience:  At least 5 years of experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role in procurement/logistics in manufacturing/ trading.

- Good Communication skills to deal with both internal and external departments

- Good planning skill

- Good problem solving

- Good command in English (4 skills required)
