PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (Cashew Bien Hoa II)

Ø  Sourcing:

-       Source and develop competitive in local suppliers for material list & alternative solution and define potential customer

-       Drive cost down and ensure total cost competitiveness through negotiation, Logistics and other innovative ways

-       Manage suppliers to ensure continuous good performance in quality, price, delivery and service

-       Conduct supplier plant audits and assess supplier capabilities

Ø  Purchasing & Trading:

-       To make & review the sales contract & process sales order and purchase orders for Product Raw Material & Kernel product.

-       To keep follow -up & tracking for deliveries against the orders and the order’s status.

-       To coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality issues.

-       To understand international incoterms, import & export procedures and customs regulations.

-       To provide good customer services and value-added services to oversea subsidiaries or customers.

-       Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

-       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

-       Strong communication, independent and high negotiation skills

-       Passionate about the food industry and motivated to learn more

-       Strong organizational and time management skills

-       Willingness to travel within the region as needed 

-       Communication in English

-       Good at time management
