Procurement Executive

• Take care of raw matenal and collect supplier's information.

• Follow up purchase order control of material.

• Follow up stock and production planning to calculate, balance quantity and arrange to order monthly.

• Contacting negotiating with supplier.

• Follow up to maket payment for orders.

• Follow up real raw material quantity arrive, delivering process.

• Report price situation, report monthly, forecast purchase.

• Promotion goods.

• Storing purchase dep's docs, arrange docs following ISO standard.

Working conditions:

- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).

- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–6 years of experience in procurement, especially in purchasing raw materials for manufacturing.

• Language: English good communication.

• Hard - Working, flexible pursuade everybody.

• Good thinking, dynamic, creative and sensire.
