* Position Summary: The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing all sourcing activities across AIM's I&L Division. This is an independent, ownership-driven role covering supplier development, product compliance, competitive pricing, stock management, and AIM private-label development — across both the Vietnam and Cambodia markets. The role reports to the COO.
* Product Categories: Pest control consumables - Washroom products - Hygiene supplies - Spare parts - OEM / AIM-branded items
* Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Build and manage a dashboard tracking all active sourcing projects from initiation to completion
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify alternative suppliers for all consumable product categories
- Validate product samples and confirm technical equivalency against existing specifications
- Assess suppliers on quality, pricing, lead time, and reliability
- Run structured tenders on a regular basis to ensure best-value procurement
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure preferential terms and priority lead times
2. Product & Brand Development
- Develop AIM's private-label branding for OEM-manufactured products, including packaging design and labelling
- Ensure all products meet Vietnam's legal and regulatory requirements for importation and sale
- Monitor competitor pricing continuously to ensure AIM's product range remains competitively priced (same price or lower)
3. Stock & Supply Chain Management
- Execute all stock purchase orders in line with sales forecasts
- Maintain accurate demand forecasts to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Ensure continuity of supply across all product categories at all times
- Manage the Cambodia market sourcing remotely from Ho Chi Minh City — no travel required
4. Reporting & Collaboration
- Report regularly to the COO on sourcing pipeline, supplier performance, and cost savings
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align procurement with commercial priorities

- Cost savings — measurable reduction in unit procurement costs versus prior period or benchmark
- Lead time reduction — continuous reduction in average supplier lead times across all categories
- Speed of new product sourcing — time from new product brief to first approved sample and commercial availability
