Procurement & Logistic Officer

• Raw Material Export/Import Logistics Handling.
• FGs Import Logistics Handling.
• Monthly Logistics Vendor Payment Handling (Forwarder, Customs Broker, Bonded Warehouse, Express Service, Hand-Carry, etc.).
• Logistics Vendor Contract Follow-Up.
• Follow up closely with Forwarders and Suppliers to improve pricing, service quality and cost saving.
• Slow-Moving FGs Disposal Handling.
• Trucks Booking Handling.
• Logistics Cost Monthly Record & Report.
• Purchase Order Handling based on department enquiry.
• Logistics Service Invoice Posting on ERP.

• Education Skills: University/College certificates in Import/Export, Logistics fields, Foreign Trade field                            
• Experience: At least 2-3 years working in above related fields.
• Skills: Patient, Careful, Working under Pressure, Problem Solving, etc.  
• It’s a plus if having import/export and customs clearance experience in manufacturing company (especially Processing model).
• Knowledge about: ERP system, good MS office, export/import understand is a must.
• Good in English Communication.
