Procurement Manager - Trưởng BP Thu Mua

Maestro Vietnam is a Design & Build company specializing in Construction, Interior Fit-out, .... As part of our business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function and support the successful delivery of projects through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction, fit-out, .... projects.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong network of suppliers and subcontractors to support project requirements.
• Monitor procurement budgets, purchasing activities, and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with Estimation, QS, Contracts, Design, and Operations teams to ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Procurement team.

🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8–10 years of procurement experience within the construction industry.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a Procurement Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in procurement of construction materials, interior fit-out packages, MEP systems, and subcontract works.
• Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement procedures, and commercial management.
• Strong supplier and subcontractor network in construction market.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
