Procurement Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing operations. This position focuses on optimizing procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness while adhering to ethical and sustainability standards.

• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and mutually beneficial agreements.

• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with organizational goals and operational needs.

• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing fluctuations.

• Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, issue resolution, and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand patterns, and implement inventory management strategies to prevent stock shortages or excesses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sociology, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (business-level fluency required).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide procurement teams.

• Expertise in global sourcing, logistics, and supply chain best practices.

• Excellent budgeting, cost optimization, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of vendor and inventory management systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
