Procurement Manager

Procurement Strategy

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and project requirements.
• Define category strategies, supplier portfolio, and long-term sourcing roadmap.
• Drive cost optimization and value improvement initiatives.

Supplier Management

• Build, evaluate, and develop a network of strategic suppliers.
• Regularly review supplier performance, costs, and risks.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations.

Procurement Management

• Oversee end-to-end procurement operations across all categories.
• Ensure timely and efficient procurement to support project and production schedules.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Project, Production,…) for alignment.

Cost Control & Risk Management

• Manage procurement budget and track cost-saving performance.
• Analyze market trends (material pricing, supply risks).
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Team Management

• Set team objectives, monitor performance, and drive capability development.
• Train new staff, support initiatives to improve procurement processes.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Foreign Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, including 4 years in a managerial position.
• Experience working in manufacturing, construction, or mechanical companies.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings; knowledge of mechanical/construction materials is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems.
