Product Design Intern

The Product & Packaging Design Intern supports the design and development of product concepts, packaging, and POSM materials. The role works closely with the Product Designer, R&D, Production, and Marketing teams to turn ideas into feasible designs, ensuring creativity, functionality, and alignment with brand standards. The intern assists in creating mock-ups, preparing design files, researching materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design of products, packaging, and POSM materials.

• Prepare design files, specifications, and mock-ups for review.

• Coordinate with Production and R&D to refine designs for feasibility.

• Conduct basic research on materials, trends, and sustainability solutions.

• Support quality checks for printed packaging and prototypes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align designs with brand guidelines.

• Undergraduate in Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or related majors.

• Basic proficiency in design tools: Illustrator, Photoshop; 3D software is a plus.

• Excellent English communication ability.

• Good sense of layout, structure, and aesthetics.

• Understanding of materials, printing, or production processes is an advantage.

• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and proactive working attitude.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
