Product Development

A leading global provider of packaging solutions, specializing in shrink sleeve labels, self-adhesive labels, and spouted pouches is seeking Product Development with the following details:

• Develop new products based on customer requests and management assignments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to collect necessary input for product development.
• Create product samples as requested and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with the production team to develop samples, monitor sampling processes, and record all relevant conditions.
• Propose improvement solutions for any issues arising in new projects.
• Participate in product trials at the customer’s production line.
• Support other raw material development tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• At least 2 years of experience in product development in the label or printing industry.
• Strong knowledge of printed product analysis including color, materials, and production processes (e.g., shrink sleeves, laminated packaging, or self-adhesive labels).
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator (AI) for design checking.
• Understanding of materials used in packaging such as films and printing inks is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to address issues during development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design software.
