Mô tả Công việc

  • Work closely with Management Team to meet time-to-market objectives.
  • Report and Daily data tracking in order to understand the products situation, follow up sales volume to meet the target.
  • Enable to monitor and analyze market by gathering all market data ex: consumer behavior, post campaign evaluation.
  • Provide marketing plan, marketing strategic for yearly planning.
  • Plan and control the marketing budget and follow up the progress of the assigned work category.
  • Coordinate with sale department in implementation of sales and marketing activities.
  • Follow up and analyze sales target and expenses. 
  • Control and execute the initiative and / or marketing strategies pricing and distribution channel.
  • Liaisons between partners and internal function on any business requirement to support the marketing implementation plan and distribution channel.
  • Working cross-functionally with operation, Key Account to plan, execute and manage the product roadmap.
  • Analyze data / customer information to identify problems, develop solutions, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Plan and implement trade marketing strategies for Modern Trade or Traditional Trade.
  • Handle promotion planning, budget management and coordinate with government.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Proven ability to manage multiple task/projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong track record of self-motivation and working in a team environment.
  • Previous work experience in product management or as a business analyst.
  • Skilled at listening and asking probing questions to obtain data needed for market development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administrative.
  • Professional and presentable, with good negotiations, communication, and strategy skills.
  • Computer literacy with good command of English.
  • Highly responsible, self – motivated, creativity, strong marketing sense and good analytical skills. 
  • Minimum 3 years of Brand Marketing experience in FMCG business is required.
  • Computer literacy with good command of English.
  • Strong business and understanding financial acumen is a plus.
