Job Purpose

The Product Owner for Value-Added Services (VAS) develops and owns each VAS offering from end to end. Building on a deep understanding of Techcom Life’s customers, the role defines the value proposition, designs the customer journey, leads the go-to-market, and is accountable for the ongoing performance and profit-and-loss of every offering. The objective is to establish VAS as a core engagement and loyalty engine under the “Sống Trọn” proposition.

Key Accountabilities

Customer proposition and insight

•     Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviour through research, segmentation and usage data across the insurance lifecycle.

•     Define and continuously refine the value proposition for each VAS offering, balancing everyday instant-gratification services with longer-term benefits.

Offering development and journey design

•     Develop and launch VAS offerings spanning health, wellness, fitness, medical and reward services, taking each from concept through to live operation.

•     Design the end-to-end customer journey across onboarding, premium payment, claims and maturity, driving activation and repeat usage while removing points of friction.

•     Partner with Digital and technology teams to embed verified services natively within the customer application.

Go-to-market and adoption

•     Own the go-to-market plan for each offering, including channel activation across bancassurance, agency and digital, supported by an appropriate reward and communication cadence.

•     Drive activation and usage targets, and build the content, education and customer testimonials required to grow adoption.

Performance and profit-and-loss

•     Own the performance and profit-and-loss of each offering, including cost-per-usage, vendor economics, and activation and usage metrics.

•     Monitor results across the offering lifecycle, report to management, and recommend timely course corrections.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

•     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.

•     Around five or more years of experience in product management, proposition or marketing, preferably within insurance, banking, healthtech or consumer digital.

•     A proven track record of taking an offering from concept to market and owning its commercial performance.

•     A customer-centric approach grounded in research, journey design and data-driven decision making, with familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery.

•     Strong stakeholder management skills and English working proficiency in line with Techcombank’s policy.
