1. Product Creative – Development & Production
- Deep-dive into customer insights to build the right product mix
- Develop gift/merch ideas per campaign, aligned with objectives & brand vibe
- Work closely with teams to lock concept from design to materials and packaging
- Source and build a reliable supplier network
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, and production timelines
- Handle contracts and related paperwork
- Manage production end-to-end, ensuring timeline and quality
- Track delivery and handle any operational issues along the way
- Keep costs within approved budget
2. Customer Experience & Events
- Plan and execute in-store activities that create emotional connection, right timing, right insight
- Track performance via traffic, sales, and engagement
- Optimize and propose new ideas to elevate customer experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, sourcing, product development, events, or marketing activation
- Strong creative sensibility with a keen eye for aesthetics and emerging market trends
- Proven experience working with suppliers, with solid knowledge of production processes (printing, plastics, textiles, packaging, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior
- Proactive, detail-oriented, highly accountable, and resilient under pressure
