The Product Specialist (FS) is responsible for developing new products based on customer requirements and market trends, as well as proposing innovative ideas and product concepts across the Food Service categories.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop creative ideas and concepts for product
· Study and evaluate new ingredients for new project
· Analyse samples and prepare the required documents for customer submition.
· Conduct tasting and make adjustment samples when required.
· Coordinate with product construction team to set up recipe
· Coordinate with production team to conduct trial new product
· Discuss project detail with the sale team
· Other ad hoc assignments
· University degree in Food technology, having knowledge on Foods
· Experience of mixing, using ingredients for Beverage, Dairy and Food Service application
· Good in working English communication
· Excellent in computer skills
· Goal setting / motivation skills
