1. PRODUCTION PROGRESS

Monitor production progress to ensure adherence to planned schedules and optimize processes.
Allocate workforce and machinery effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Ensure smooth production flow, on-time delivery, and fulfillment of customer requirements.
Work with relevant departments to arrange progress in accordance with delivery capacity

2. QA (Quality Assurance)

Work close with the other teams such as COE, Machine maintenance,QC team in order to improve the production.
Improve the process of the production, optimize the step that wasting the machine productivity
Discuss with team members to implement improvements to encourage a more productive work situation
Implement product quality improvement projects, implement new product running processes, evaluate processes and propose on-line quality control solutions.

3. AUTOMATION MACHINE

Supervise the operation of automation machines to ensure stability and high performance.
Propose and implement automation solutions to optimize production processes.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular inspections and upkeep to minimize downtime.

4. REPORTING

Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports to update production status including output, schedule attainment, working efficiency
Prepare investigation reports, clarify root causes, and propose corrective actions when internal abnormalities or customer complaints arise.

Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics or related field
Foreign language: Prefer English: Good communication
Years of Experience: Preferably at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with 3 years in a similar field related to insole production.
The candidate is available for shift work.
