Production Engineer

1) Build staff

• A general understanding of assembly equipment is required.
• Must understand the characteristics of the tools used in each process.
• Must understand the assembly drawing (OMS) and carry out accurate assembly.
• Must be able to match the assembled assembly with the assembly drawing.
• Must understand the cautionary statements indicated on the assembly drawing (OMS)
• Must consider the causes and solutions to problems that occur during assembly.
• Work must be carried out in accordance with the changed work schedule.

2) MH/Prep staff

· Must be able to compare the specifications in the report with the actual part.

· Must be able to compare the part name with the actual product.

· Need to know what work you are being assigned to do.

· Requires understanding of assembled finished products.

· You must keep a record of all your work.

3) PC staff

· Requires a general understanding of assembly equipment.

· Ensure that assembly is progressing according to schedule.

· The current assembly status must be monitored and reflected in the additional schedule in accordance with changes in the shipping schedule.

· Records of all history are required.

· Perform other assigned duties.

• Must be able to use Microsoft Office, PowerPoint.
