Production Engineer

1. Daily Task

• Do Time & Motion Study to determine standard labor
• Build WI for machinery processes + Station worker at WW dept.
• Build Product process for new item
• Follow up incoming material and analysis yield, scrap to maximize usage
• Compare different processes to define optimization way for product
• Make job reports as Plant Director/ Production Manager requires
• Support to Production to solve problem about process/structure/equipment
• Coordinate with related department to solve all issue of production (Capex, ROI, Planning, Procurement, Lean, PE, Quality, ME,..)
• Make CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) to solving customer claim
• Make The Quality concession for BOD approval to catch up shipment plan
• Track input materials (Wood, veneer, MDF, etc.) for on-time delivery
• Improve pilot run process, Re-engineering, collecttion standard for new collection
• Set up and lead the FOP/PPS/Pilot run review meeting
• Construct, design new tool/jig/blade/drill bit for machine to improve process, minimize tooling cost and reduce labor cost

2. Lean manufacturing project

• Continuous Improvement: Do projects that improve quality/ output/ EFF/ cost
• Calculate CAPEX to increase factory capacity (include ROI of investment )
• Calculate/ analyze machine capacity to define bottleneck & suggest idea to improve
• Re-layout machine on shopfloor follow Lean line design
• Coordinate with Lean, PE, ME department to implement Improvement project

• At least 01 year of experience in related position at manufacturing companies
• Industrial Engineering, Automation, Production or Engineering graduates will be trained.
• Experienced in project management, data analysis, Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, 6 Sigma,... is a plus.
• Good English is an advantage.
