Production Management Staff

· Planning and organising production schedules

· Assessing project and resource requirements

· Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers

· Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

· Determining quality control standards

· Overseeing production processes

· Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

· Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

· Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

· Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff

· Supervising and managing the work of junior staff

· Organising relevant training sessions

Male/ Female: 24-40 ages

Intermediate/College/Bachelor Degree major engineering or related field.

At least 01 years experience in Production Management Staff at manufacturing.

Knowledge in field of leather shoes, backpack or garment is a priority.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP system

Communication in English or Korean.
