Production Manager (Garment)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Manager (Garment, $2100, ID16240):

• Manage and operate all production activities of garment workshops. 
• Plan production, deploy production organization according to the production plan from the planning department
• Responsible for controlling the quantity and quality of garment products throughout the production process
• Manage the performance of employees, propose measures to improve productivity, avoid waste and unreasonable production
• Coordinate with the technical department to improve and technical lines to grasp the situation, prepare sample documents, line diagrams to spread the lines, propose solutions to promote productivity
• Manage, regulate, arrange reasonable personnel and ensure labor safety. 
• Coordinate with the design department to ensure products meet technical and aesthetic requirements
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products
• Supervise and implement 5S, fire prevention and fighting, and labor safety in accordance with regulations and instructions of the Company
• Supervise the implementation of standards on quality control and production safety in the factory under management.

• Male/Femle; 
• Bachelor's Degree or above. 
• Have at least 5 years of working experience at the same position in garment manufacturing company. 
• Good at English
• Have strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
