Production Manager (Injection Molding)

- Production planning and coordination: plan production according to orders, ensuring on-time progress; allocate resources (personnel, machinery, raw materials).

- Production process management: supervise injection molding operations; ensure compliance with technical processes and quality standards.

- Control injection machine parameters (temperature, pressure, time, etc.).

- Product quality control: coordinate with QC department to check and handle product errors; implement process improvements to reduce error rates.

- Production personnel management: manage machine operators, team leaders, technicians; train, assign work, evaluate performance.

- Machine maintenance & safety: supervise periodic maintenance of injection machines; ensure labor safety in the workshop.

- Reporting and Improvement: report progress, output, performance, errors... to superiors.

- Implement Kaizen, improve productivity and reduce costs.

- Implement product quality improve projects.

- ISO document control.

- Supervise manpower.

- Training & Evaluate staffs.

- Check and confirm quality inspection check sheet.

- Other tasks as directed by the Company's Board of Directors.

-          Graduated from BA degree in related fields at least 5 experienced years in plastic injection molding field & At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/plastic injection management position.

-          Understanding knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 system management.

-          Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook.

-          Good communication 4 skills in English (if candidates have Japanese knowledge is preferred)

-          Communication skill, teamwork, responsibility spirit and creativiness.

-          Dynamic, hard-working, react quickly can adapt with work pressure.
