· Oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while meeting business objectives.
· Develop and implement production strategies to enhance throughput, minimize downtime, and optimize resource allocation.
· Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in SMT, DIP, Assembly, and Testing to maintain consistent product quality.
· Coordinate with PMC and Warehouse teams to align production schedules with material availability and minimize inventory bottlenecks.
· Collaborate with ME, TE, and IE teams to enhance machine performance, production flow, and process efficiency.
· Monitor KPIs (OEE, FPY, Scrap Rate, Cycle Time) and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
· Drive process innovation to reduce defects, improve yield, and minimize production waste.
· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, and customer-specific quality standards in collaboration with the Quality team.
· Foster a culture of safety and environmental compliance (HSE) to maintain a safe and sustainable production environment.
· Lead training programs to enhance workforce capabilities, ensuring teams stay updated with the latest manufacturing best practices.
. Report production performance and key challenges to senior management, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within PCBA or Electronics Manufacturing.
· Strong knowledge of SMT, DIP, Assembly, and Testing processes.
· Experience in MES, SAP, and Lean – Automation Manufacturing.
· Familiarity with ISO 9001-14001, IPC-A-610, Six Sigma, and other quality standards.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
