Production Manager

- Manage & supervise production of quality orders on schedule.
- Ensure production follows the correct process and quality standards
- Assign, arrange, coordinate, and urge employees to execute production orders accurately and promptly
- Supervise workers and production staff to perform their work
- Ensure allowable standards and improve to reduce loss rates and increase productivity.
- Develop processes and standards in production to ensure safety, quality, and cost savings

• Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Experience in managing stakeholders
