Production Merchandiser - Nhân viên theo dõi đơn hàng sản xuất

Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Merchandiser with expertise in textile sublimation printing to manage the end-to-end merchandising process.

The role involves coordinating between buyers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Handle buyer orders from approved sample to bulk production.
• Production Coordination: Liaise with planning, production, QC and shipping to ensure smooth workflow.
• Timeline Management: Track production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Documentation: Prepare production sheet documentation and tracking report updating
• Problem-Solving: Address production challenges such as color mismatches, fabric shrinkage, or delays.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
• Diploma in Printing Technology or related field acceptable with strong experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years in textile or garment merchandising

Skills:

• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical ability for order tracking.
• Excel expertise for order overview and production sheet.

Working time:

• Monday – Friday: 08:00 - 17:15.
