PRODUCTION PLANNING CONTROL SPECIALIST

1. SO & Production Planning Coordination:

• Process Sales Orders (SO) by receiving requests from the Merchandise/Sales team, creating SOs in SAP, and managing the required documentation.
• Coordinate with the MMD team for material procurement and coordinate with the Knitting Planning team to ensure efficient production scheduling based on inventory availability.

2. MU (Material Utilization)

• Monitor MU performance by prepare detailed reports, analyze trends, identify key improvement opportunities and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with production & relevant teams to implement MU optimization initiatives.
• Ensure MU data is accurately recorded, analyzed, and leveraged for continuous improvement.

3. Inventory Management

• Collaborate with the Sales and Central Planning team to identify stock with no demand and take prompt action to reduce inventory levels.
• Enhance stock monitoring by implementing initiatives to improve inventory tracking and movement visibility.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve inventory accuracy, optimize stock flow, and minimize material waste.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Industrial engineering, Logistics and supply chain management, industrial management, and related fields;
• Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience;
• Language: Fluent in English or Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools
