Mô tả Công việc

  • Plan and monitor production schedules based on customer orders and the Master Plan from Customer Service dept.
  • Ensure production meets delivery timelines and customer quality requirements.
  • Manage and utilize production resources effectively (manpower, machines, equipment).
  • Coordinate with related departments to improve quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
  • Track production progress and promptly resolve issues to maintain the schedule.
  • Train employees on safety, processes, and job skills; ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working in a foreign manufacturing company is a plus.
  • Good understanding of production processes, planning, and scheduling.
  • Familiar with lean manufacturing, inventory control, and improvement tools.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Good English communication (written and verbal).
  • Computer skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Good teamwork and coordination with cross-functional departments.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, continuous improvement mindset.
