Production Planning Manager

We are a leading garment manufacturing company with a workforce of over 1,000 employees, delivering high-quality products to international markets. We are currently looking for a highly capable and experienced Production Planning Manager to lead our planning department and ensure optimal production efficiency and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production planning team to ensure accurate planning, scheduling, and on-time delivery of customer orders.

• Develop and monitor production schedules to meet sales demands, minimize delays, and optimize resource utilization.

• Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve planning issues promptly.

• Analyze capacity and production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

• Implement and continuously improve planning systems, tools, and processes.

• Prepare reports and performance metrics for senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and customer requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the garment or textile manufacturing industry.

• Proven leadership experience in managing planning teams and complex manufacturing operations.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production planning software (ERP/MRP systems)
