Production Planning Specialist

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts.
• Monitor production output versus plan and report performance variances.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, manpower, and machinery for production readiness.
• Control production waste and manufacturing costs; recommend efficiency improvement solutions.
• Supervise production progress and manage planning adjustments when required.
• Analyze production performance data by operator and production line.
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, and QC to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Optimize lead time, reduce inventory levels, and improve overall production efficiency.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment (FMCG or cosmetics is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and planning capability.
• Good cost control and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and respond to basic English emails and documents.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience working with SAP is preferred.
