Mô tả Công việc

Job Overview: The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating production schedules, machine allocation, and order management to meet customer delivery demands while optimizing performance. This role involves collaborating with leadership and various teams to ensure the efficient execution of production plans and the timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update the delivery plan for assigned product items.

  • Track and update daily production output for assigned items.

  • Compare planned versus actual production output to identify discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve production issues affecting the delivery schedule.

  • Review and maintain the delivery schedule for assigned items.

  • Communicate any changes to the delivery plan with leadership and relevant teams.

  • Develop delivery plans for assigned products, ensuring timely execution.

  • Review order details (e.g., style, color, sample status, materials) from the sales team.

  • Input order data into the tracking system and update as needed.

  • Confirm estimated delivery dates based on production capacity and notify customers of any changes.

  • Adjust delivery plans in response to customer requests or production constraints.

  • Create production orders for assigned items.

  • Prepare confirmation samples for new styles and product lines.

  • Verify overrun stock before creating production orders to ensure availability.

  • Consolidate items, colors, and sizes to optimize batch production.

  • Generate and print barcodes in the ERP system for production use.

  • Place barcodes on the production board for items scheduled for the next two days of production.

  • Execute requests and directives from the Production Director and PPIC Manager.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Company Car for picking up staff from HCM / Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Experience in manufacturing planning, particularly in industries such as footwear, plastics, or similar, is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Advanced skills in Excel and strong mathematical abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
