Production Planning Supervisor

1- Main duties:

Ensure effective production planning aligned with customer demand, production capacity, and material inventory. Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery and optimize production efficiency.

2- Responsibility:

Production Planning:

• Analyze orders, demand forecasts, and inventory levels to develop detailed daily/weekly/monthly production plans
• Balance production capacity, materials, and manpower to ensure feasibility of the plan.

Monitoring and Adjustment:

• Track actual production progress and identify deviations from the plan.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to adjust plans in response to changes in materials, machinery, or orders.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Update and maintain planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Provide regular reports on plan execution, risks, and improvement proposals.

Process Improvement:

• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance planning efficiency and reduce waste.
• Propose solutions to optimize production processes and supply chain operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• English Communication.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
