PRODUCTION SECTION MANAGER (for WHEEL)

* JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the end-to-end production of wheels, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Supervising and motivating production staff, providing training, and resolving conflicts.
• Ensuring the availability of materials, machinery, and labor while maintaining cost control.
• Ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.
• Keeping production costs within budget while maintaining efficiency.
• Promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
• Addressing and resolving any production-related issues promptly.
• Coordinating with other business units to align production with overall goals.
• Take responsibility as a member for an integrated management system (IMS) relating to production and maintenance overall: communicate IMS policy, and KPI; track periodical KPI; establish or revise documentation; prepare for internal audit, certification body audit, customer audit, complete correction, corrective action report (if any), prepare input for management review, give proposed improvement idea (if any).

• Bachelor’s degree in an Automobile, Mechanical or Mechatronic field or higher
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and industry standards related to wheel production is preferable.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good English communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Know knowledge of VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 internal auditor is a plus
• Knowing about 5 core tools is a plus.
