Production Section Manager

CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) is a U.S. publicly traded company with approximately $6B market capitalization, serving a variety of HVAC end markets through three business units: Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions, and Specialized Reliability Solutions. Our manufacturing facility, TRUAIRE Vietnam, is located in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai. We are looking for a Quality Engineer (Shopfloor) who will play a key role in ensuring product quality directly at the production line. This position focuses on in-process quality control, fast problem solving, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, ensure process compliance, and drive defect reduction to meet customer expectations. The Section Production Manager is responsible for managing Back Area production operations, including pressing, bending, welding, and assembly processes. This role ensures achievement of production targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, while driving automation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities & Duties

Production Management

• Manage daily operations of Back Area: Stamping & Bending (Press machines, CNC bending...), Welding (Spot welding, tack welding...), and Assembly.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and line balancing.

Automation & Technical Development

• Prepare for automation roadmap (30-50% robotic integration in future).
• Collaborate with Engineering/IE for process optimization and robotics implementation.
• Ensure team capability to operate and maintain semi/fully automated lines.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
• Lead problem-solving activities (RCA, CAPA).
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve OEE.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.
• Support implementation of ISO systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Cost & Performance Management

• Control production costs (labor, material usage, scrap, rework...).
• Monitor KPIs: Productivity, OEE, Scrap rate, Delivery performance.
• Lead and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to achieve targeted savings.

People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop production team (Supervisors, Leaders, Operators).
• Build strong discipline, accountability, and teamwork culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
• Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing; 2-3 years in production management.
• Strong experience in Stamping/Metal forming, Welding, and Assembly.
• Experience with automation/robotics is a strong advantage.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and basic English communication skills.
