Production Senior Staff

I. Job Summary

• Supervises and coordinates production processes from raw materials to packaging
• Ensures production targets through quality, efficiency, and safety compliance

II. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign tasks, and supervise production activities to ensure smooth production progress
• Ensure process compliance and stable operations
• Ensure in-process quality control and compliance with the standards
• Monitor, train, and periodically evaluate production personnel to ensure effective performance and skill development
• Ensure EHS compliance and proper PPE usage
• Accurately record production data, incidents, and equipment downtime; prepare periodic production reports and maintain FeMo production documents
• Drive continuous improvement in FeMo production

I. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Chemistry, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields

II. Skills:

• Proficient English in communication and reporting
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and their application in manufacturing processes
• Production Planning and Coordination Skills
• Skills in tracing, analyzing, and solving problems

III. Others:

• More than 2 years’ experience in manufacturing company with the same position
• Have knowledge of steel manufacturing and metallurgy is an advantage
• Highly responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure
• Candidates living in Ba Ria Vung Tau or those able to relocate to Ba Ria Vung Tau for work are preferred
• Age 25 ~ 35

Working Location: Lot F4, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (before: BRVT province)
