Production Supervisor (Beverage - VSIPI)

Direct Responsibilities

• Meet the Daily, Weekly & Monthly production targets
• Quality of all products produced
• Corrective measures to Market complaints
• Preparing of daily, weekly & monthly production reports
• Setting labor standards & inventory planning
• Physical verification of plant inventories
• Maintaining of GMP in the factory
• Maintaining Safety in the factory
• Training of all direct & indirect reports
• Regular evaluation of direct & indirect reports
• Co-ordinate with all supporting departments for smooth operation
• Working in a similar environment and role.
• Experience TPM, 5S

Indirect responsibilities

• Assisting in preparation of production schedule
• Assisting in preparation & implementation of the PM schedule
• Creating an environment to motivate the direct & indirect reports
• Contribute to Productivity improvement programs
• Supplier/vendor development
• Contribute towards various certifications like ISO 22000, 9001, cGMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher etc
• Maintain the quality records
• Achieve the plant KPI’s

• Graduated with University degree in Food Technology
• 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role at similar manufacturing setup
• At least 2 years same field and position
• Proficient in use of Microsoft office products – Excel, word etc
• Communication skills in English with 03 skills: listen, speak, read or IELTS at least 4.5
• Fast learner
• A good team worker
• Able to motivate people
• Ready to work in highly competitive environment - tight schedules & deliver stiff targets.
