Production Supervisor

Work Location: NHƠN TRẠCH 1 - ĐỒNG NAI 

People Management (30%) - KPIs: Yield, Productivity/Efficiency

• Develop staff competency frameworks and training plans
• Conduct training, coaching, and OJT; qualify staff to ensure required capability levels
• Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Communicate regularly on team performance, company policies, and requirements
• Establish and maintain SOPs, WIs, and other required documentation

Cost Saving (15%) - KPIs: Cost Reduction

• Lead and implement improvement projects for cost reduction and capability enhancement
• Develop and qualify alternative materials, tooling, consumables, and equipment
• Optimize processes to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency

Production Management (50%) - KPIs: Productivity, Yield, Customer Complaints, OTD, Labor Cost Rate

• Plan and allocate daily resources to meet OTD, yield, productivity, and labor cost targets
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (ENG, PPM, PIC, QA) to resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with production standards, control plans, and Quality/EHS requirements
• Apply analytical troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues
• Lead or participate in problem-solving activities using 4M1E methodology
• Lead team training and qualification for new product transfers as required
• Contribute to departmental objective planning and execution

Production Support (5%)

• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities
• Drive 5S implementation and continuous workplace improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to implement company policies and achieve business goals

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, preferably in Optics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production management as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or equivalent role in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in LEAN manufacturing and 4M1E
• Strong planning and production scheduling skills
• Effective time management
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic
• Performance management (yield, productivity, quality, cost)
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
• English communication required; Chinese is a plus
• People management skills are advantageous
