A. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the customer and the factory. This role is responsible for managing the entire program lifecycle - from RFQ and NPI to mass production - focusing on customer account management, internal coordination, cost control, delivery performance, and overall customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth and long-term partnership..
B. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Relationship & Account Management
- Act as the main communication bridge (Single Point of Contact) for assigned customers.
- Manage customer requests, escalations, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and participate in regular business review meetings (QBR/MBR) with customers.
2. Program Planning & Execution
- Manage the full product lifecycle: RFQ → NPI → Mass Production → EOL.
- Create project plans, schedules, deliverables, and track progress to closure.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Production, QA, Engineering, SCM to ensure commitments are met.
3. Cost, Revenue & P&L Ownership
- Manage pricing, cost breakdown, BOM cost, and change cost requests.
- Monitor program P&L to ensure profitability meets the business target.
- Prepare revenue forecasts, demand outlooks, and reports for management review.
4. Change Management (ECO/ECN)
- Drive and track all product/process changes (ECO/ECN) with relevant teams.
- Assess risks related to BOM, process, tool, or packaging changes.
- Ensure proper system updates and timely communication to customers.
5. Delivery, Quality & Performance Management
- Monitor customer-related KPIs including Delivery, Quality, Cost, Responsiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve operational issues (line stop, shortage, defect, NCMR, etc.).
- Manage demand, forecast, PO schedule, and production slot to ensure OTD ≥ target.
6. Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer dashboards including:
- → OTD & shipment performance
- → Quality trend & PPM
- → Inventory & WIP status
- → Cost saving & open change actions
- Maintain accurate customer information in ERP/CRM.
