In charge of the full process from initiation to closure of the assigned project, including but not limited to:

1. Understand the business model, project portfolio, objectives, and the role of the project within the Agro-S center strategy.

2. Initiate the project with objectives, resources, timelines, and budgets that align with the overall strategy.

3. Coordinate throughout the project execution to ensure the committed deliverables are achieved within the allocated timeline and resources. This includes following up on project status, keeping track of deadlines/milestones and budget, identifying risks/issues and resolving.

4. Drive the project closure process and hand over the results to operations, ensuring successful project delivery.

5. Throughout the project, execute change management with stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

6. Handle all project documentation tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, organizing file storage, and managing payment processing.

7. Provide regular project progress reports to management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, management or its equivalent.
2. Good communication skills and good English skills, both written and verbal, with an IELTS score of 5.5 or above (or equivalent).
3. Proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
5. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
7. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in project management.
8. A keen interest in agriculture, machinery, and technology is a plus.
