Project Coordinator

Project Management & Planning

- Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to track progress and identify risks.

- Prepare and distribute project status reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action items.

Communication & Coordination

- Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Development Manager, internal teams, and external like suppliers and customers.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including specifications, revisions, and approvals.

Risk & Issue Management

- Proactively identify potential delays or bottlenecks and escalate to Manager.

- Coordinate corrective actions to resolve project-related issues

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile/Apparel Technology, or related field.

- Experience: 3+ years in project coordination, product development, or manufacturing support (preferably in apparel/sewing industry).

- Analytical and strategic thinker with operational foresight.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Problem-solving mindset to handle production conflicts and material constraints
