Project Coordinator

Project Management

• Plan, implement, and monitor the entire project from start to finish

• Assign tasks and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure progress

• Ensure product quality throughout the project lifecycle

• Monitor and control the project budget within approved limits

• Identify risks and propose solutions to keep the project on track

Quality Management

• Oversee and inspect product quality

• Ensure products meet technical and aesthetic standards

• Detect and promptly resolve quality-related issues

Communication and External Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met

• Negotiate and resolve issues with customers and partners

• Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports for the Board of Directors and stakeholders

Other Tasks

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields

Abilities & Skills

• Planning and project management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with international clients
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to inspect and evaluate product quality based on aesthetic and technical standards
• Proficiency in English communication

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel for business trips when necessary

Experience

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with less than 5 years of working experience
