PROJECT LEAD - MANUFACTURING

- Prepare project pre-feasibility solutions, project budget, 
- Present solutions and explanations to managers and leaders for approval,
- Coordinate with internal departments to promote the project process from receiving input information to submitting for review and approval of the project budget on schedule,
- Prepare Bidding Documents, Technical Evaluation of Bid Documents, Review of Technical Contents of the Contract,
- Supervise and manage contractors throughout the project implementation process, ensuring Quality / Progress / Safety.
- Coordinate with relevant Departments to sign acceptance of the quantity and acceptance of completion for the Contractor.
- Participate in project development planning, report project status and promptly propose/recommend difficulties/obstacles...;
- Participate in contributing ideas to serve the Company's development;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

- Be formally trained in one of the following majors: Mechanical Engineering, Food Processing Technology,... or similar.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Design, or Operations, or Technology Engineering in Food Processing, Meat Processing Industry, etc. Priority will be given to having worked as an Expert or Technical Manager. Always looking for optimal solutions in terms of technique, technology and investment costs,
- Understanding of design standards for Food Processing Plants, Beverages, Cosmetics, experience or understanding of EHEDG, ISA 95, IEC standards,... is an advantage.
- Understanding and ability to manage the implementation and application of digital management systems and management according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is an advantage.
- Proficient in using specialized software such as MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Autocad, Automation software,... 
- Have good communication, presentation and explanation skills, 
- Have skills in establishing good relationships between relevant parties in the project (internal/customers/partners/contractors,...). Have skills in coordinating project activities, controlling progress, and coordinating well with specialized departments.
- Have skills in planning/planning, organizing and implementing, checking and controlling the work performance of the Team/Group.
- Use English fluently in 4 technical skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Have the desire to win, the goal of serving Vietnamese consumers, 
- Have the spirit of Ownership, leadership ability, have Learning skills, can withstand high work pressure,
- Willing to work away from home (not often and not too long)
