Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents for investment licensing and project implementation (training and detailed guidance will be provided).
Research and stay updated on legal regulations related to project legal procedures, especially in the field of renewable energy (solar rooftop, hydropower, etc.).
Participate in the process of submitting license applications to government authorities (Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Industry and Trade, People’s Committees, etc.).
Opportunity to go on business trips, interact, and work directly with specialists, department heads, and leaders of provincial government agencies.
Support in storing and managing legal documents of the projects.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or direct manager.
3rd or 4th-year university students or recent graduates majoring in Law, Public Administration, or related fields.
Internship duration: 3 months, full-time from Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00). Flexible support will be provided if students need time off to attend classes.
Interested in legal aspects of project implementation, especially public investment and energy projects.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Logical thinking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Will receive in-depth training on the full legal procedure of project development (from A to Z); gain practical experience in implementing large-scale projects and engaging with networks of government specialists.
Internship certification with company stamp provided (if needed).
